LeanIX Connect Summit

Help Me Make Time for
LeanIX Connect Summit

We’re reaching peak conference season. Unfortunately, you have limited room in your schedule — and no one knows this better than your boss and teammates. So, if you’ve decided to attend LeanIX Connect Summit but need help telling others why you’ll be OOO or in Do Not Disturb mode for two days, here’s what you can say.

LeanIX Connect Summit on Sept. 29 and 30 is an opportunity to meet with like-minded IT and business professionals at the intersection of SaaS, EA, and DevOps management. There will be 30+ sessions led by experts with actual experience driving business transformation through IT architecture. Speakers and guests are arriving from companies across all industries (e.g., Bosch, MuleSoft, Hermes, KUKA), and attendees can ask questions to LeanIX product owners about their roadmap and give direct feedback about how we can better serve your needs.

It’s also worth pointing out that the two-day event will be simulcast online from Bonn, Germany and is completely free to attend. Meaning, if others want to come but can’t make it to Germany, pass them a registration link!

That being said, here are five concrete reasons why you should save time on your calendar for LeanIX Connect Summit:

1. Cross-industry expertise and 30+ sessions

There are 30+ presentations taking place over two days on all subjects of the continuous transformation journey. You can find a list of all speakers here, but here are a few notable examples:

  • Gregor Hohpe — Enterprise Strategist, Architect Elevator
  • Markus Haeberle — Head of Department Enterprise Architecture Management, Robert Bosch GmbH
  • Laurent Debacker — Head of Technology Center of Excellence, Keytrade Bank
  • Dr. Quirin Görz — CIO, KUKA
  • Dr. Gero Decker — Co-founder & CEO, Signavio

2. Practical advice for the converging world of Corporate and Product IT

After a decade of building tools for and with the global IT architecture community, LeanIX has collected its fair share of best practices and industry contacts. Over these two days — whether via dedicated keynote sessions, presentations, or hands-on workshops — we’re giving attendees a direct look at what’s really happening in the continuous transformation journeys of established brands. Trends will be dissected, buzzwords will be picked apart, and company strategies will be put on display and open for discussion.

3. Networking opportunities aplenty

Attending LeanIX Connect Summit in person means you’ll meet industry peers and participate in the event directly at Bonn’s historic World Conference Centre. However, if you’re watching virtually, you’ll be given nearly the same experience via a live broadcast stream, a networking application, and a special Slack workspace. Sessions are running from morning until evening on both days, and LeanIX employees will be available for consultation and direction.

4. LeanIX’s Product Roadmap

In addition to LeanIX CEO André Christ’s keynote presentation, LeanIX Senior VP Product and CTO Jan Puzicha is providing an overview of LeanIX’s strategic product outlook and Q4 roadmap. This will be followed by a feature preview on numerous other roadmap items planned for or already being implemented.

5. Free admission and session recordings

Did we mention that LeanIX Connect Summit is free to attend? Our products support the transformation of entire organizations, so it only makes sense that we make it easier for all IT and business stakeholders to join. As well, to help guests package what they learn at the event, recordings of each presentation will be made available in the days following.

We hope this helps! Feel free to also use our email template on the right to summarize everything:

I’d like to attend LeanIX Connect Summit on the 29th and 30th. It’s a virtual and in-person event happening live from Bonn, Germany, but I’d like to attend the [choose VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON] version.

In case you don’t already know, LeanIX Connect Summit consists of two days’ worth of discussions related to EA, SaaS, and DevOps management — three disciplines which are central to our company’s IT and business transformation strategy.

There are 30+ presentations, but I’m specifically interested in hearing these sessions:

Attending also give me an opportunity to network with 2000+ others and ask questions to LeanIX employees themselves.

Feel free to look at the agenda to help you decide. If you see anything interesting on this list or want me to ask anyone at this conference a specific question on your behalf, let me know. The event organizers are also providing recordings of each presentation that I can share afterwards with you and the team.

It’s worth noting that the event is completely free to register, so if you also wish to attend or think of others who should, please let me know.

Happy to discuss this subject further if required. I appreciate you taking the time to help me build new contacts and skills.
