We have been working closely with the venue and local authorities to ensure all those attending in-person will feel safe and comfortable to do so.
As COVID-19 and pertinent health & safety guidelines evolve, these guidelines will continue to be adapted and updated to have the safest event possible.
All those planning to attend in-person will be asked to adhere to the following health & safety guidelines:
Without exceptions, all in-person attendees will have to provide documentation that they are either vaccinated, have a negative COVID test result (rapid antigen test no older than 24 hours or PCR test no older than 48 hours) or are recovered from COVID. The documentation will be checked at the entrance to the venue.
In order to best protect everyone’s health, masks will be required to be worn at the event. Exceptions are in outdoor spaces, while eating food and beverages indoors, when socially distanced from other participants or while seated in the auditorium.
LeanIX Connect Summit and the World Conference Center will implement increased hand sanitation stations and handwashing stations. Those in attendance will be expected to frequently wash and sanitize their hands.
LeanIX Connect Summit has adjusted the event’s layouts and guidelines to promote physical distancing between attendees. Floor and distance markers will be instituted to help attendees maintain a safe distance.
For the health and safety of all our attendees, if you have any flu-like symptoms (fever and a cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) or other symptoms related to COVID-19 we request that you stay home and do not attend LeanIX Connect Summit.
