Enterprise Strategist - Architect Elevator
Gregor advises CTOs and technology leaders in the transformation of both their organization and technology platform. Riding the Architect Elevator from the engine room to the penthouse, he assures that corporate strategy connects with the technical implementation and vice versa.
Gregor has served as Smart Nation Fellow to the Singapore government, as technical director in Google Cloud’s Office of the CTO, and as Chief Architect at Allianz SE, where he oversaw the architecture of a global data center consolidation and deployed the first private cloud software delivery platform.
Dr. Quirin Görz first studied business administration at the University of Augsburg and then earned his doctorate on the topic of “Data quality in CRM” at the Core Competence Center Finance and Information Management at the University of Augsburg. In addition to his academic activities, he also worked as an external consultant for numerous financial service providers and companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector, and as an editor for the journal WIRTSCHAFTINFORMATIK. He then moved to KUKA AG, where he held various management positions in IT. Most recently, he was responsible for Core Business Applications with a focus on ERP, ECM, data warehousing, reporting and IT automation, before assuming overall responsibility for Group IT at KUKA AG as CIO in January 2020.
Dirk Ramhorst, born in Bielefeld/Germany, has a degree in software engineering as well as in business administration and economics from the University of Kiel, Germany.
He worked for 20 years in different positions at BASF and Siemens. In 2013, he was named the first Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in the German DAX (top 30 public-listed companies).
In September 2016, he joined WACKER as CDO and CIO, heading the IT department and driving the Digital Transformation. In 2018 he was awarded by the CIO magazine as one of top CIOs in Germany.
Since November 2019 Dirk is the spokesperson of the platform ‘Arbeitswelt 4.0 / New Work’ on behalf of the Bavarian Government / Center for Digitalization (ZD.B).
In addition Dirk is the Regatta Chairman of the Kieler Woche - the World largest Sailing Event - and the international representative of the German Sailing Federation.

As co-founder and CEO, Gero is responsible for Signavio’s overall strategic direction. He is a Business Process Management expert and passionate about product innovation. Before creating Signavio, he worked for SAP and McKinsey. Gero holds a PhD in Business Process Management from Hasso-Plattner-Institute.
Jim is the acknowledged community expert in implementation and execution of effective SaaS governance & optimization operations.
Jim’s focus is to provide mid to large enterprises the strategies and services necessary to achieve and maintain true optimization of their rapidly growing SaaS footprint.

Jim is the Lead Facilitator for The Institute for the Advancement of SaaS Governance & Optimization Best Practices. The Institute is supported by an Industry Advisory Council of leaders from large, global organizations and a Provider Advisory Council comprised of the CEO’s of 8 SaaS Management Platform providers.
Jim currently leads NPI’s SaaS & SAM optimization practice.
Laurent started at Keytrade Bank 13 years ago as a developer specialized in financial markets. He has been involved in the design and implementation of many solutions at Keytrade, quotes streaming, portfolio optimization, Access Management, Push Notifications.
More recently, he supported Keytrade in its core transformation, changing our organization to the Spotify Model, adopting a microservice architecture, and deployment new workloads to the Cloud. He is now responsible of the Technology Center of Excellence.
Responsible for Enterprise Architecture Management in the Bosch Group.
William El Kaim is a BCG Platinion Chief Enterprise Architect and has more than twenty-five years of experience in planning, designing and building complex Information Systems and platforms.
He worked with international companies as research engineer, and internal and external enterprise architect. He contributed to UML V2 and Model Driven Architecture at the OMG. He holds a doctoral thesis in Computer Science Engineering from the Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris, France).
André’s passion lies in enabling organizations and their employees to build better products by moving to a modern IT architecture. Before André co-founded LeanIX, a Software-as-a-Service vendor for Enterprise Architecture and Application Portfolio Management, he gained extensive experience as a Management Consultant at the world’s largest logistics company.
In this role, he advised CIOs and IT leaders on strategic topics at the interface of business and IT. Projects included the execution of a global IT complexity reduction program and the definition of an IT service and cost charging model for their world-wide data centers. During his studies of Information Science in Germany and France, he built modern software architectures for both startups and large enterprises. He is a global thought leader and has spoken at several high-influence industry events including Gartner’s EA Summit, Hamburger IT Strategy Days and TBM Conference.
Jan currently serves as CTO and SVP Product for LeanIX, a SaaS provider of Enterprise Architecture and is responsible for product management and development. He previously founded Recommind Inc. and served as the companies CTO. His background is in Computer Science, where he held a research fellow position at UC Berkeley and worked on machine learning problems and cutting-edge research in graphical models and computer vision. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Bonn.
